We invite young Roma and non-Roma to apply for our six day youth meeting to learn about human rights concepts and antigypsyism; to recognise and address manifestation and consequences of antigypsyism in a Human Rights framework; hear from experts about successful approaches of how to challenge antigypsyism today and discuss a new youth-friendly reference paper on antigypsyism.

Open Call for Participants – Roma Youth Advocacy Training 2023
Open call for a training that will gather 30 young Roma and non-Roma activists in order to strengthen their capacity as young advocates and leaders to tackle antigypsyism. During the training, the group will raise their voices against antigypsyism targeting EU level actors.

Training in Paris and Raymond Gurême Tribute
Dikh He Na Bister meets every year with the facilitators to prepare them in the best way for the workshops in Poland. This year, the meeting was held in Paris, a good opportunity to also pay our tribute to Raymond Gurême’s place of rest. Our friends and partners from La voix des Roms assisted us in creating a very beautifully packed agenda so that the training had, besides daily educational sessions, interesting visits in Paris and surroundings. Call for Participants „Jasenovac and the Roma Holocaust in the Western Balkan“
Training for Trainers on Holocaust and Human Rights Education We invite experienced Sinti and Roma and non-Roma trainers, educators, youth activists to participate in a five-day training about education and remembrance of the genocide of Sinti and Roma during World War II in order understand and challenge the mechanisms of exclusion, of racism, antisemitism and antigypsyism today. We are creating opportunities for participants to learn about the Roma genocide at the historical site of Jasenovac and deepen their understanding and reflection on the genocide and its impact for today from the perspective of human rights as a system of moral beliefs and behavior. International Conference 2019
The international conference, entitled 'Is ‘Auschwitz only Sleeping?’ Sinti and Roma Narratives after the Holocaust,” did take place on 31 July and 1 August 2019 in Krakow. The conference brought together major stakeholders, artists, advocates, and academics to discuss the representation of Roma memory at the intersection of arts, culture, scholarship, political activism, and the Roma historical narratives and spaces of memory, as well as the civil rights struggle for recognition and against antigypsyism.
